Roles | Select the role: If you select an "Operator," a user will have access to the Dashboard and Clients pages. This role is able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service. If you select the "Manager" role, a user will have access to the Dashboard, Clients, Schemas, Interactions, Custom profiles, Extensions and the Service info pages. This role is able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service. If the "Configurator" role has been selected, the user will have access to Schemas, Interactions, Custom Profiles, Extensions, Extension Editor and Service info pages. This role is NOT able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service. If the "Admin" role has been selected, a user will get access to all the available tabs: Dashboard, Clients, Schemas, Interactions, Custom profiles, Roles & Access, Extension Editor, Extensions, Keys, and Service info pages. This role is able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service. Click “Done.“ | |
Search | You can search user by their login (email). Enter the user’s email to the search bar and click “Enter“ on your keyboard. | |
Edit roles and access Delete dashboard user | To edit user’s access, click on the user’s name, and, on the new page make the necessary changes. Click the “Delete” button on the “Roles and Access“ page in the line with the chosen dashboard user login and confirm it on the pop-up window. |
