Roles & Access Page

 

On the "Roles and Access" tab, dashboard user profiles can be added, edited, or deleted.

Navigate to “Roles and Access“ in the main menu

Click the “Roles and Access“ tab of the main menu.

 

Add user

Click the “Add user” button.

The “Add user“ page will appear.

 

 

Fill in the login, password, and e-mail address (optional) for a new dashboard user. If necessary, the account password can be recovered only using the specified e-mail address.

Select the role:

If the "Operator" role has been selected, a user will have access to the Dashboard and Clients tabs. This role is able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service.

If the "Manager" role has been selected, a user will have access to the Dashboard, Clients, Schemas, Interactions, Custom profiles, and the Service info tabs. This role is able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service.

If the "Configurator" role has been selected, the user will have access to Schemas, Interactions, Roles & Access, and Service info tabs. This role is NOT able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service.

If the "Admin" role has been selected, a user will get access to all the available tabs: Dashboard, Clients, Schemas, Interactions, Custom profiles, Roles & Access, Keys, and Service info tabs. This role is able to see the personal data of clients interacting with this service.

Click “Done“.

 

Search

In the search bar, input the available dashboard user’s information (login, e-mail, or role of the user) and press the ”Enter” button on the keyboard.

Click the cross sign in the search box to return the original dashboard users list.

Edit roles and access

 

Delete dashboard user

Click the "Edit" button on the "Roles and Access" page in the line with the chosen dashboard user login. The "Edit user" page will appear. Make all the necessary changes. Click "Done."

Click the “Delete” button on the “Roles and Access“ page in the line with the chosen dashboard user login.
