Sorting | To sort the data in the column, click the arrow icon next to the column header that needs to be sorted. The specified column’s heading font becomes bold. |

Sorting rules | The data in all columns of the data type "Text" will be sorted alphabetically in ascending (A to Z) or descending (Z to A) order. If the data type of the specified column is "Phone" or “Number,“ the data will be sorted ascending or descending of the first digit. The date information will be sorted chronologically. |
