Subnetwork Admin

This page is your central hub for overseeing and managing the services in your subnetwork. Services listed in your subnetwork are visible in the main ProofSpace app and network. Schemas, interactions, and credential definitions created by your subnetwork’s services are accessible on the main network dashboards unless these services are hidden or disabled. While users of the main ProofSpace admin can view information about your network’s services, they cannot make any changes. Approving or rejecting service orders, changing service statuses, and modifying service visibility can only be done from your subnetwork admin.

This subnetwork admin page features several tabs to help you manage and interact with these services. Here's what you can do on each tab:

“Services” tab

  • View Services: See all services available on your subnetwork. Quickly access the dashboard for any service through the provided links (if you have access).

  • Manage Service Status: Easily change the status of services - hide or make them visible and enable or disable them as needed.

  • Service Details: Find important information, such as the service owner's email and DID of any service.

 

“Orders" ("Applicants") tab

  • Review and take action on new service orders or updates to existing orders. You can approve or reject these requests from this page.

 

"Statistics" tab

  • You can view detailed statistics on the services' activities within your subnetwork.

 

"Containers" tab

  • Add, set up, edit, or delete containers to keep your sub-network infrastructure organized.

 

"Emails" tab

  • Add custom text for automatic emails sent to service users, allowing you to tailor communication as needed.

 

"Users" tab

  • Add or delete users with access to this admin page, ensuring only authorized individuals can manage the services within your subnetwork.
