Service Visibility

Every service available on this network can be set to either visible or hidden.

  • Visible services are accessible in the app to all app users.

    • Interactions, schemas, and credential definitions of visible services are available to all dashboard users within this network.

    • For more information on interactions, schemas, and credential definitions, please refer to the corresponding section of our knowledge base.

  • Hidden services are not visible to app users or other dashboard users.

  • To change the visibility of a service, move the slider in the “Visible” column to the desired position.

  • Activity status (enabled/disabled)

All services can have one of two activity statuses: enabled or disabled.

  • Enabled services are visible to all app users. Dashboard users within this network can access information about enabled services, including their interactions, schemas, and credential definitions.

  • Disabled services are hidden from both app users and dashboard users.

To change the activity status of a service, move the slider in the “Enabled” column to the desired position.

Edit Service Details

To edit service details, click the “Edit” icon, make the necessary changes, and then click “Done.”

Service QR

Every service has an individual QR code. By scanning this code, an app user can access the hidden service page in the app and also set this service as their main service. This means that whenever the user opens the app, it will default to showing this service’s home page.

To find the Service QR code, go to the “Services” page, click on the desired service name, and then click on “Service QR” on the new page.
